Sunrise Fraudsters & Closed Lists |

There is no need to use that kind of language Mr. Gill. This is a public forum
and everyone's views should be treated with respect even if you don't agree with
them. You are wrong about the risks pre-registrants knew when they paid
for the pre-requests. The main risk was that the name could be taken by a bona
fide trademark holder not a SUNRISE FRAUDSTER. If pre-registrants knews that
Afilias were not going to filter out fraud Sunrise registrations then many would
not have pre-registered so many generic names in first place! I know you are concerned
about closed lists some Afilias Registars may have but there is no guarantee that
those registrars allowing open pre-registration do not have a closed lists of their
own which they may submit as their first queue of names.
