My understanding is that Afilias will challenge the obvious cases after LandRush is over. That's like (excuse the analogy) if you are building a house and discover that the new foundation was seriously cracked. Nevertheless you continue building figuring that you can fix the foundation after you finish the second floor..!!! It's broken but they plan to go ahead and fix it later...
