This is ICANN's way of testing
for "Proof of Concept." Why should they have used logic and
forethought when they can set a process up for total failure, blame others and delay
further rounds in TLDs.
ICANN is so freaking constipated,
it's laughable. Day after day, they make a mockery of common sense. Then they have
the audacity to turn to the public, the Department of Commerce and say, "See -- these
are very delicate matters. You are lucky you have us here deliberating over things."
Get this, ICANN: you suck. Every one of your decisions -- bloated,
improper, self-serving, unfair, biased, hypocritical and moronic -- prove day in
and day out that you are a mixture of incompetance and corruption.
