After nearly two years of using same auguments, I have lost my patience with the
authorities.Have been in touch with the media.
They are either:
1. Too stupid
to understand - which I do not believe.
Even a numbskull news editor can tell the
difference between apple.record.uk.reg from apple.computer.uk.reg.
2. Does not
want to upset big business, who are abusing their trademarks - more likely reason.
Some
people seem to think I am saying, business should drop their dot COM.
I am not
- just redirect it to .REG to avoid 'consumer confusion', 'trademark conflict' problems
and to stop anybody 'passing off'.
