Nobody has yet officially explained:

If they do not check validity of trademark - just exactly what is the true official reason for the Sunrise Period?

What use is it at all?

Also - is it not illegal to run a lottery for Landrush - for a prize that is not there?

This is not about fact that it is an unregistered lottery.

Just when the domain goes in prior Sunrise Period, there will be nothing to draw persons name out of hat for.

It is generally accepted to be a lottery, so please - no spin on this analogy.
