Incompetence or pre-planned Fraud.  This is unbelievable Afilias/Icann/The Registrars and Wipo are going to rake in millions extra because of this incompetent roll out of a new tld.  Its not difficult to auto reject applications that have incorrect filled in dates or No TM# filled in at all.  This simple move was not done? Why? Plain Incompetence? or simply pre-planned fraud to collect more money? There needs to be an International criminal investigation into ICANN, AFILIAS,The REGISTRARS And WIPO. Follow the the Cash trail of all the money collected by the registrars. Who's in Charge? Organized Crime Is illegal!   So is International Organized Fraud!
