There is really no way to neatly categorize the internet; especially in .com, .net and .org mainly because this categorization relies on the so-called "ethics" of the webmaster. The problem with this is that there are many ways to explain why someone can use a particular web extention. I think we should just leave .com, .net and .org to the sharks, and regulate more strongly any additional names to be added.
