A court injunction requesting the delay of LandRush until after Afilias goes through the name recovery process. Meanwhile registrars maintain current queues and process refund requests as needed. Also and quite importantly, no more registrars to be added between the original LR cut-off date and the new date. On the other hand, if ICANN is really keen on a resolution, they have no better recourse but going for the "domebase" proposal.
