Your proposal is actually very good. And it does work. It is also very similar to the domainbase propsal. The more I look at this it becomes clear that when someone actually sites down and fairly balances the various concerns as you have done it is possible to come up with a fair solution. The real question is will ICANN / Afilias take your or a similar proposal and solve this mess. I must add that I have not pre-registered any .info names nor am I involved as a reseller. In fact I turned down a proposal to market the .info TM pre registrations on FineE.com Francisco Cabanas
