Afilias has not yet defined how they will judge which
Sunrise registrations are "questionable". I believe that the more registrations
they challange, the more they have to pay WIPO -- and they do not have unlimited
funds. There appear to be zillions of bogus Sunrise registrations. Do you believe
that Afilias would question as many as Land Rush winners would? Even if they
wanted to, can they afford it? Isn't it better, for both Land Rush pre-registrants
and for Afilias, to let Land Rush folks and WIPO make those judgements? Just
asking. I appreciate you and others digging into this.
