NO ONE, is going to challenge the VAST majority of
fraudulent registrations. Why you may ask...?1. The generic names
are, by law, not allowed to be trademarked. Therefore, no one has a legitimate
trademark on probably 99% of the fraudulent names
2. To challenge (under
the current process) costs $295 up front, which may or may not be partially refundable
(see the f'ed up Rules) and the challenger can only keep the name if they themselves
have the trademark...
3. Basically they are counting on people to pay money
to challenge and get nothing in return!
