NO ONE, is going to challenge the VAST majority of fraudulent registrations.  Why you may ask...?

1.  The generic names are, by law, not allowed to be trademarked.  Therefore, no one has a legitimate trademark on probably 99% of the fraudulent names

2.  To challenge (under the current process) costs $295 up front, which may or may not be partially refundable (see the f'ed up Rules) and the challenger can only keep the name if they themselves have the trademark...

3.  Basically they are counting on people to pay money to challenge and get nothing in return!

If anyone has that kind of money to waste...reply back and I'll give you my address, I could use a new toaster oven!
