Well, if Afilias follow their announcement that won't be necessary: http://www.afilias.info/press-room/releases/release-20010815-1.html If the plan is followed, in the end of the Sunrise Challenge period fraudulent registrations will be available to the public again. Afilias themselves will chalenge suspicious names and return them to the public. But it remains to be seen.
