Suggesting a TLD just for trademarks - you have reached the only logical common-sense solution.

Congratulations Don - you beat the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers in finding the answer.

Unless, of course, WIPO and ICANN have been hiding this solution from us all.

But that would make them corrupt - so I guess they haven't thought of it yet ;-)
