Subject:	It only gets worse: AFILIAS WON'T TAKE BACK NAMES!
Message:
I had a person contact me who, and I believe this, begged and pleaded with Afilias to take back a .info domain name for which the person had improperly claimed U.S. trademark rights.  Afilias refused. You heard right:  Afilias apparently is refusing to take back domain names improperly seized, even when requested to do so by the offending person. This means:  Given every opportunity to free up names for the landrush applicants who've spent so many thousands of dollars, Afilias is refusing to do so. I just can't believe how ludicrious this entire affair has become.
