Message:
There are some Sunrise Trademark registrants who were told by their registrars they did not need a trademark for the Sunrise period when they registered names.  When these registrants are challenged in the Sunrise Chalenge period could they sue the registrars who misled them?  Will Afilias take any action against these registrars?
