I think I just didn't express myself clearly. I agree totally with what you say, and that's exactly what I meant. The solution is: 1.Make all names available in Landrush. 2.Winning Landrush applicant will gain the name if anyone successfully challenges a Trademark claim (unless the challenger holds a legitimate Trademark). 3.The name will be transferred to the winning applicant at the END of the challenge period.
