This is correct. Some registrars, in their Sunrise application process, said specifically "You do not have to have a Trademark to apply in this phase." It has resulted in lots of individual false claims which are emerging (from the same registrars) which can be plainly spotted on the lists (www.theinternetchallenge.com). It is unbelievable that Afilias should not have checked and monitored their accredited sites. Richy
