Subject: Scripters may end up with all the fraudulent .info domains..

Afilias states that fraudulent sunrise .info domains
"will be equitably returned to public availability "

Does anyone have any further info how they plan to do this?

If they just drop the domains back into the system, they will be registered within fractions of a second by a handful of professional domain speculators and rogue registrars, who run software scripts 24hrs a day to pick up such expired domains.

This is even more likely now that webpages with lists of the fraudulent domains are publicly available. And because they tend to be the 'best' most valuable .info domains.

The average person will have NO chance to register these names,
so this is not an 'equitable' way to publicly release them.

The most fair and honorable method would be for any fraudulently obtained domain to go to the 'winner' of the landrush period for any names that Afilias plan to challenge.
Especially since Afilias registrars have already made a killing on pre-registration fees, and the applicants who 'played fair' have lost money due to Afilias' flawed registration scheme.
