No it is not true that _______ were "asked to advise
on a list of nearly 200 generics and whether a non-trademark holder could apply at
sunrise".....but the truth is that this person had pre-registered roughly 200 generic,
non-trademarked names for the landrush period with this and several other registrars
at a cost of several thousand dollars. And, it is also true that this person NEVER
sought an advice if these generic names could be registered during sunrise. And,
it is also true that this person received an un-solicited and strong encouragement
from this registrar to go ahead and register generic names during the sunrise period.
The truth is that this person NEVER signed the contract that he was sent by this
registrar via e-mail(he was asked to print it, sign it and send it back via fax...which
this person never did). The truth is that this person NEVER submitted any information
regarding trademarks (trademark name, number, date, etc) as is OBVIOUS since this
particular registrar has submitted exactly the same trademark data for several different
individuals. It is also true that this person (registrant) became aware of the false
registrations on his behalf by co-incidence and immediately began to inquire what
could be done about this (including an inquiry with Afilias), not even knowing how
many names have been actually registered under his name. AND THE TRUTH IS THAT
THIS PERSON HAS SPENT HUNDREDS OF HOURS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS SEARCHING FOR GENERIC,
NON-TRADEMARKED NAMES AND PRE-REGISTERING THEM WITH AT LEAST 10 DIFFERENT REGISTRARS....ONLY
FOR LANDRUSH PERIOD WITH EACH ONE OF THEM. AND THE TRUTH IS THAT THIS PERSON IS
TOTALLY, 100% IN FAVOR OF "THE SIMPLE SOLUTION" OFFERED AT THE WWW.THEINTERNETCHALLENGE.COM....LOL
AND THE FINAL TRUTH IS THAT THIS PERSON WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GET RID
OF THE FALSELY REGISTERED NAMES AND TO BE A PART OF THE PURE,
UN-TAMPERED LANDRUSH
PHASE AND BE TOTALLY CONTENT WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE PROCESS....ANY HOPE FOR THIS
PERSON??? ANY ADVICE ???
