what happened (including COMPLETE list of Sunrise-registered non-trademarked names)
to Afilias and to appropriate federal or state authorities. (Please advise

3. When SLDs become unlocked (in 120 days?),
turn them over to Afilias, if Afilias hasn't already taken them back or challenged
them. Do not then immediately bid on names that were returned, as this would
be seen as opportunistic.
