On that
point - SAFEGUARD and .INFO are words that should not appear in the same sentence.
I
assume by their silence that ICANN and Afilias would disagree, but then they are
still probably in the cloud-kuckoo-land they were in when they settled on the Sunrise
IP rights challenge conditions - take the fraudsters money, five years registration
fees sure as hell beats two - and stuff the Landrush applicants! (I note in a posting
that TUKOWS walked away from the committee table at that stage - to TUKOWS credit
- forseeing the big trouble that the model you chose would bring).
Please come
back to earth, please come to your senses, please determine a path of action other
than the one that Afilias announced of the 15th.
