Spy productions is a Tucows reseller company like fasthosts.com (you may need to check their numbers too for a similar fraud). Spy Productions will continue to submit .info names via Tucows unless Tucows takes action.

According to an email I received from Tucows "Every .info or .biz pre-registered by any of our 7000 resellers will be submitted under the tucows registrar".  Tucows failed to stop its resellers committing fraud.  Are they also liable being the parent company?

Note, Tucows were in charge of the Registry system but didn't like the idea of the Sunrise period. Could this be a motive for sabotaging the Afilias registry by failing to ensure basic program testing checks taught to teenagers at high school?  It makes you wonder?
