So, let me reiterate what I posted earlier.Th best possible policy alternative
would be to immediately send the whole Sunrise things to the trash bin and empty
the trash bin without delay. This seems to be the first concept proven so far through
the ridiculous Sunrise experiment.
Sure, trade/service mark rights are to be duely
protected. But it should be done through appropriate legal institutions, not by means
of unjustifiable Sunrise.
Other kinds of intellectual property rights, such as
domain names registered for the first time in the world with other registries, will
have to be respected EQUALLY and EQUITABLY with TM/SM rights.
