"Responding to widespread allegations of fraud by unscrupulous Internet entrepreneurs in the .info sunrise registration process, LaPlante estimated that fewer than 10 percent of the registrations thus far have been fraudulent." I doubt it's fewer than 10 percent. Maybe 15-20 percent. However these cover the most valuable .info domains, so in terms of value nearer 75% is fraudulently registered.
