The only problem is the guy that took a name without
even so much as a TM # will put a potential project on the back burner. Also when
these domains are released. Should we know when and where and how. In
the spirit of openess. Too much backroom dealing can go on with stuff like
this. My question is if a domain that is succesfully challenged against the
fraudulent registrant will it go back to an "open pool" or sent to a que where those
that paid fees for the landrush would get first chance? If not, then that raises
a very serious question, as technically the names were never available. That
is why we were able to request, as we might have had a chance. If the new rules
are that you don't have a chance with your paid fees...then things could get dicey.
Any
help is much appreciated if someone could answer that last question
