Nothing you or I can do will
change what has happened with dot info. In the future domain rollouts will
have to be different. Generics will have to be off limits if they are going
to do a sunrise. Another tradegy that has happened in the US is that the
USP&TO has been overwhelmed. The pay isn't that great so they haven't been
able to recruit top notch lawyers, to protect the system from "bad" tm applications
as well as "bad" patents. I wont' mention the "one click" invention by a certain
company, but I think everyone would agree that patent should never have been issued.
