Afilias will probably use a round robin approach again without a sunrise to avoid any registrar from getting too much favor. But that's not my point. Shouldn't these registrars that have been caught in the clear public view of having committed fraud be at the very least unaccredited and not be allowed to sell domain names anymore? Shouldn't their registrations be immediately deleted?  Just what is going on here?
