John This is a really strong letter. You have been CHEATED! You have lost your money to cheats. If ICANN or AFILIAS haven't even got the guts and courtesy to answer your letter then they are admitting their own collusion in this affair. What kind of company doesn't answer VERY legitimate complaints like the ones you've listed here. What kind of company endorses the FALSE CLAIMS that seem to be made by its Board members and registrars? This is going to look devastating and incriminating when it comes to court. I note that this is your fourth reasoned letter. Only a coward or cheat wouldn't reply. Rachel
