Subject: Domain Bank - Hal Lubsen - Dishonest Practice?

Message:

Mr Hal Lubsen is not only an executive with Afilias (and on their Board) but he also runs Domain Bank.

QUESTION 1: Why are Domain Bank STILL accepting Landrush applications at $5 a time for names which Afilias have already registered at Sunrise, and which are therefore not available.

QUESTION 2: Does this mean that Mr. Lubsen is charging something for nothing, and does he recognise this is dishonest?

QUESTION 3: Why did Mr Lubsen's company apply to his other company (Afilias) 59 times in the name of William Lorenz, without submitting Trademark numbers and without eligible dates? Did neither Domain Bank nor Afilias bother to check?

QUESTION 4: Does that make Hal Lubsen and his companies liable for loss incurred by customers, if he fails to re-instate these names by September 12th?
