It may be legal in this CORRUPT Sunrise System. There are several country trademarks in UK with the Mark consisting of a pictorial representation together with a word element. Ask any trademark lawyer if this entitles trademark to any legal rights whatsoever - to the WORD ELEMENT. With ICANN running the show - corruption rules.
