Rachel, This from your post above: "QUESTION 3: Why did Mr Lubsen's company apply to his other company (Afilias) 59 times in the name of William Lorenz, without submitting Trademark numbers and without eligible dates? Did neither Domain Bank nor Afilias bother to check?"         I am merely stating that "William Lorenz" owns over 400 .WEB registrations.  You brought up "William Lorenz", not me.  And from what you state above, it appears he's mixed in with Afilias, somehow.
