Subject: Another Afilias Board False Trademark

Govinda Leopold runs IstDomainNet and is also on the Board of Afilias.

Why did 1stDomainNet apply for maui.info (their home town) with the false Trademark number: 3333345

This compounds their application for hawaii.info with a similarly 'creative' Trademark number

So is it fair to say that Afilias Board members are themselves fraudulent Sunrise squatters?

And if so, what reason have we to expect justice and fair play, when in effect they are proposing that the poachers themselves try to catch the poachers?
