1st Domain Net FAKED the TM numbers for Hawaii.info and Maui.info, thereby breaking
the law, and cheating your own customers out of a chance to get it which they may
well have paid for.

company committed fraud? Does Govinda Leopold own the trademark or service mark for
"German"? Will Afilias at least delete the fraud they discover within their own organisation,
