Subject: A Solution to the Trademark 'Sunrise' Fiasco in Dot-Info Rollout.

Message:

First, revoke all Sunrise registrations and refund all such fees.

Second, run Landrush as planned.

Third, use the Anti-Cybersquatting Law to protect trademarks.

Fourth, implement the following proposal:

I propose four special TLD's for trademarks and servicemarks:
.rtm [registered trademark] or
.utm [unregistered trademark] or
.rsm [registered servicemark] or
.usm [unregistered servicemark],

with special format:

company_name.product_or_service_class.country.rtm
company_name.product_or_service_class.country.utm
company_name.product_or_service_class.country.rsm
company_name.product_or_service_class.country.usm

to be managed by a non-profit registry.

This idea is a modification of Garry Anderson's idea.
