I am aware of a challenge having been filed against "lasvegas.info," and I'm sure many others already have been submitted.

This raises a question: Are we sure that non-trademark owner challenges will result in the domain being put back into the pot? 

I ask this because there is no reference at all to such a result in the WIPO challenge form.  https://www3.wipo.int/sunrise/challenge.html
