Subject: How would Neustar like an ICANN/ORSC deal on area codes?

Message:

ORSC stole Dot-Biz from Winstar and gave it to Atlantic Root.
Subsequently, ICANN awarded Dot-Biz to Neustar/Neulevel.

What if the USA's FCC awarded another company several new area codes that duplicated Neustar/Neulevel/NANPA area codes?

I know what would happen: Chaos!

But the question remains: How would Neustar like an ICANN/ORSC deal on area codes?

Neustar/Neulevel should grant Winstar 10% ownership in its Dot-Biz Registry, since Winstar purchased Macro Computer Systems, the original Dot-Biz Registry.

Neustar/Neulevel should also request ICANN to propose to Atlantic Root my suggested compromise for placing Atlantic Root's TLD's into the Main Root with the transfer of Dot-Biz from Atlantic Root to Neustar/Neulevel.
