I suspected that (BTW I checked and the whois is not case sensitive now). In my case, I always use lower-case (force of habit), however even if I hadn't when I did the search, the 4 registrars that I used would have probably caught it!!!!  One other oddity, was the fact that although the TM in question is for the name BRIDE'S, the domain bride.info appears to have been fraudently registered 2 weeks later (august 15th). I would think that if I owned the tm BRIDE'S that I would attempt register both BRIDES and BRIDE at the same time!!! My theory about this is that BRIDES.info was in fact registered after BRIDE.info and for some "reson" it was back-dated..
