The same thing happened to me with 5 out of about 40 names still left I had been tracking EVERY DAY since the WHOIS became operational after round 1 of Sunrise. I checked them again just prior to pre-registering for Land Rush last night. These 5 names had obviously been back dated. I think your suspicion is correct. Unlike the obvious fraud, because this is so hard to detect, this is the real fraud.
