Subject: sunrise policy is the only fair solution

The sunrise policy, in which the trademark holder only gets the domain after proving the registrant has acted in "bad faith", is the only fair solution. The problem with the domebase proposal is that it places the burnden of proof upon the non-trademark registrant. Since the uspto grants generic trademarks (see whois on generic trademark holders will end up with the best names.
