The list is growing, nearly every domain name I have checked on the Afilias whois
has turned out to have bogus trademark info. The amount of fraud is staggering.
Serial fraudsters have tied up most valueable names and it seems some of them may
work for registrars, this has got to be one of the biggest gravy trains in history. If
this has not been planned, then it's one of the most unlikely series of lucky accidents
that has ever occurred, for the registrars that is. It's unbelievable that ICANN
thinks it can sit back and not intervene, unless it's in their interests to allow
this.
