John - there may be 3 types of mail - but I feel we all agree on one thing.Not
a single one of us wants to stop a business using its trademarked name on the Internet.
We
all have another common bond - wanting fairness and justice - though we may disagree
on what that is.
To me, *everybody* seems more concerned with the effects, than
the cause.
To my logical way of thinking - delete the cause - stop the effects.
Yes,
I know you all live in the real world and have to deal with it.
Know I piss some
people off about this (a pity) - having to forcefully put case to authorities.
BUT
NOT ONE PERSON ON THE WHOLE PLANET CAN DENY THIS

In the 'real world' trademarks are identified
by a symbol - why should it be any different in the 'e-world'?
I will keep on putting
this to them, till my fingers drop off ;-)
