We just keep bashing the door and continue to make lots of noise and the public will eventually get in.

As important as who gets in is who must/can we get out.

The current ICANN board have proven themselves unworthy of the public's and Internet community's trust.

Remove the canker and introduce ethical individuals whose sole aim on the board is the protection of the welfare of the Internet and its users.

Until the vested interests have been removed, or at least, don't hold the majority of the numbers, ICANN will be nothing more than a registrar's club, looking after nothing but what they see to be the members interests, at an enormous cost as evidenced by the shameful events of the Afilias .info rollout.
