Because if Afilias are so useless that they can't set
it up in time, all they have to do is postpone the Landrush by a week or two.
It's
more important to DO WHAT'S RIGHT than to stick to some arbitrary timescale.
Secondly,
genuine Trademark holders ARE NOT penalised by the Domebase scheme, because the Domebase
principle says that Landrush "reserves" would only get the names if the genuine Trademark
holders had not come forward to claim the names during the Challenge period.
So
all-in-all, I find your comments working as stooge-like propaganda for Afilias -
and offering no respect to the carefully argued proposals of a decent HONEST man
like Robert Connor (Domebase).
His proposal works.
