The ICANN board should have the following representation: 1. A general "outsider", to represent and consider only consumer protection from registrar and other internet frauds. 2. No lawyers, PLEASE!!! 3. At least two who represent the interests of small business; and I do stress SMALL business. They should be looking out for situations just like the .info rollout; to protect small businesses from larger ones. 4.
