Not that I know of, and technically, no .biz names have actually been assigned yet (with the exception of those listed in the ICANN contract which belong to the registry itself, like nic.biz). A "WHOIS" service to list the intellectual property claims filed would be interesting, but there's no mention of any such thing -- apparently, the only way to find out if there's an IP claim against a particular name is to attempt to register that name.
