You are absolutely right.Afilias have a TOTAL responsibility to tell its customers
what they propose to do about pre-registrations for Landrush, whether they are still
going to be used for Sunrise-stolen names, and what they are instructing registrars
to do.
Instead of which, they fail to answer questions, and allow a "DRIFT" to
take place which will (of course) result in the unravelling of everything.

should announce NOW the status and future use of all the names pre-registered for
Landrush (which their own Sunrise procedure has failed to protect)
