With all due respect, Afilias did not take any pre-registrations, individual registrars did.  The registrars are the ones to go after for refunds for pre-registration/submit fees for names that were taken during sunrise and the registrars are the ones to go after if maintaining the pre-registration lists for land rush II or whatever is your concern. BTW, please don't mistake my comments as any sort of endorsement or condoning of Afilias.  There are a number of things they can/should do to right some wrongs...but this is not one of them. Kerry
