A trademark date of Oct. 1, 2000 isn't proof of fraud, or even necessarily a strong indication of it -- it seems that some registrars have been extremely sloppy in filling in the fields even of legitimate sunrise applications.  Look, for instance, at the entry for mensa.info -- this belongs to American Mensa, which has a valid trademark on Mensa that it's held since (I think) the 1960s.  However, the registration was submitted through Verisign, and, as usual, they made a big botch-job of the fields, showing Oct. 1, 2000 as the TM date, "StreetAddress" as the street address (instead of an actual address), and they put the registrar as administrative contact instead of the actual owner.
