Subject: Robert Connelly of Psi-USA Explains

Message:

I thought Psi-USA were working idependently of IDregister.  This is Robert Connelly's reasons for Psi-USA taking out funds early (US $62.50 per domain).

"We found several credit card authorizations which had gone
sour.
For one example, note the following just received:

I have pre-registered some domains at your site.  That transaction went through OK. That credit card is now invalid and I need to send you the new credit card information. Let me know how to proceed.
Please hurry only a few days left for .BIZ and .INFO! Thank You

We were testing registrations from multiple registrants.  Landrush starts in three days and there is no provision for cancellation of Landrush registrations.  There is a five day cancellation right for dot com and there *will_be* for .info *after* Landrush.  We must be cautious.  We selected domains which had *not* been taken or stolen during Sunrise."

"If your registration is not successful, we will reverse the charges.

Regards, BobC"
