in the light of the way in which some registrars conducted their business during
the .info leadup and roll. There were some like PSI Japan whose service was
outstanding - others made it clear they knew nothing about building customer trust
or that they wanted return customers. I am hopeful that for the public good, an
independent investigation of registrar conduct will be a part of the investigation
into the events of the .info rollout and that none of the directors of ICANN and
Afilias will be immune. Thank you again Robert for your considered posts.
